岗位职责： 1.Market survey to collect information of potential, competitor, industry situation of industrial park; 市场调查，收集潜在的信息，包括竞争对手及工业园区内的行业情况； 2.Understand customer’s requirements (needs behind needs) through sales call and customer visiting, prepare and present proposals that meet customer expectations, lead Contract negotiation with customer and ect; 通过电话、拜访，理解客户的真正需求，准备及演示给客户量身定做的方案，与客户进行商务谈判等； 3.Internal communication with other department to achieve sales target; 与其他部门进行内部沟通，以达成销售目标； 4.Manage customer and maintain relationship with customer and government; 管理客户，维护与客户及政府部门的关系； 5.Reporting and database updated. 及时报告并更新数据库。 职位要求： - 30岁以下； - 化工或理工科专业大专以上学历； - 2年以上产品销售经验，工业品销售经验者优先； - 具备良好的沟通和谈判技巧，并有较强的关系建立能力； - 有驾照者。
